Signature Ramen Creations
The true stars of the menu are the ramen bowls! Each bowl features expertly crafted noodles and savory broths. The Tonkotsu Ramen showcases a rich, tender pork belly with vibrant greens, while the Spicy Beef Ramen delivers a kick with flank steak and kimchi.
I was particularly impressed by the Gluten-Free Ramen, which uses brown rice and millet noodles. It’s a thoughtful touch for those with dietary restrictions, yet doesn't sacrifice flavor. The medium spicy clear broth, combined with fresh veggies and your choice of protein, made for a comforting yet exciting dish.

Don't forget to save room for dessert! The array of sweet treats complements the savory dishes beautifully. Pair your choice with the full bar options, which offer both classic and creative cocktails, enhancing your dining experience.

I visited 303 Ramen and decided to try the aptly named 303 Ramen. I thought it looked like the best of the ramen options, and I think it's safe to say I was correct. It was creamy and delicious, and tasted much better than the tonkotsu ramen my girlfriend ordered. The service was fast and efficient, and the ambiance inside was pleasant. I will definitely be going back, and it will be tough to order anything else besides the 303 Ramen!

Very cute hole in the wall type of restaurant! I got the tonkotsu and my boyfriend got the 303 ramen. While my tonkotsu was nothing extrordinary (I am very picky about my tonkotsu), the 303 was amazing. My boyfriend kept commenting between bites how good it was and going as far as to say how he was sad he would have to leave and stop tasting it. The chasu pork was tender and its portions were generous. Lots of things on the menu looked great and I'm looking forward to coming back and trying something else!

They had great food and the service was nice. The ambiance was also neat. Will be back!

Delicious. Be patient with the server--there is usually only one server who is working *very* hard to provide you with the best service. Cute patio in the warmer months. Beer, wine, liquor, sake, as well.

Food and service were both on point. The ramen was hot and flavorful. The seaweed salad was wonderful.

Best tasting Thai food in Colorado! They get super busy and it's a smaller restaurant but the food always tasted great whenever we come there! Be prepared though to wait for your food when they get super busy though. But waiting is sometimes worth it for good food!

Came here on a colder day and we needed the hot ramen. The restaurant is super quaint and had nice Japanese decor from fake cherry blossoms and pics of Mt Fuji and paper balloons. There was a good selection of ramen and some other dishes. I got the Tonkatsu and my friend got the Shoyu and Thai iced tea. All of it was yummy. Prices were just a tad more expensive than I thought it would be but still not bad. Service was really good even though there was only one server and almost all the tables had people. Last thing to mention is the bathrooms were very warm.

I was really impressed with 303 ramen! We started with the duck cheese wontons and the taco buns! The Duck Cheese wontons were my favorite! For a meal, my fiancé ordered the spicy beef ramen and I made my own with the 303broth, ramen noodles and steak. I'm very plane with my ramen and got everything else on the side but the broth was AMAZING. My fiancé said the spicy beef ramen wasn't too spicy and was pretty good but he liked my broth better :)

Located in a small coverted house close to Old Towne, this was a quite spot but be careful as it's easy to miss, street parking so I parked around the corner at a residential spot. Came around lunch time on a Friday before the lunch crowd. What I swallowed: * EDAMAME: Lightly salted and fresh. These were good. * SHRIMP TEMPURA: Hot, crispy and addicting. I was craving shrimp tempura and these definitely hit the spot. Lots of fresh veggies. This was really good. * TONKATSU RAMEN w/ CRISPY PANKO CHICKEN: I appreciate that they put the panko chicken on the side so that it didn't get soggy. The broth was good. The egg was cooked perfectly. This really hit the spot. Food came out fast and it was all very delicious. My daughters were with me and weren't hungry but they ate half my bowl of ramen anyways so I'll have to come back to have a bowl all to myself.
